Q: Can I order leathers other than those pictured?
A: Yes, please call and we will discuss the availability of any leather or exotic leather you are interested in.
Q: Can I order an Olathe boot that is not pictured on this website?

Q: If tall top boots are normally too tight on my legs or I need room to tuck my pants inside my boots, can the tops be stretched?
A: Yes, let me know the measurement of the calves of your legs and I will stretch them free of charge before shipping.
Q: How long will it take to receive my boots?
A: The boots that are on my website (in stock boots) will take about 1-4 weeks depending on availability. Custom orders will take 12-14 weeks.
Q: If I have a very narrow foot or a very wide foot can you fit me in a pair of boots?
A: Yes, we specialize in hard to find sizes that most stores do not stock.
